The training “Fundamentals & Correct Application of L-GAV & ArG” provides practical knowledge for legally compliant shift scheduling in the hotel and restaurant industry. Participants learn to correctly implement labor law requirements and avoid typical mistakes in daily operations. The focus is on the practical application of the L-GAV and the Labor Act (ArG) and their reliable implementation in the workplace.

Using practical examples, participants learn to create legally compliant shift schedules, minimize risks, and reliably implement labor law requirements in daily operations.
Why is the basic course necessary?
To use the program as efficiently and effectively as possible and to be eligible for support, attendance of the course is required.
How does such a course work?
We show you where to find the necessary and everyday buttons, what numerous automated functions are available, and round off the course with various helpful exercises.

We would be delighted if you would like to combine the group course with a visit to Mirus Software AG directly at our offices in Davos GR or Thalwil ZH.

Note for Basic Course:
Your own laptop, preferably a current model, with Windows or macOS installed. Network connection is via WLAN.
Netbooks are not recommended (too weak, screen too small).
Please install MirusHR30_Setup.exe in advance, or in the case of macOS the MirusHR30.zip, and verify that the program can be started. The links for this will be sent to you in a personal email.
The course will be conducted with a minimum of 3 participants.
Cancellation Policy:
Up to four weeks before the course starts, you can cancel your registration free of charge or reschedule to another date.
Up to 15 days before the course begins, we offer you the option to switch to another date.
Within the last two weeks, please note that we can no longer make any changes.
